These dishes are specially prepared by our chef for people who enjoy good food. Meat, herbs and spices are cooked harmoniously to give the food love the natural taste of meat followed by a rich flavour of spices.

Marinated boneless pieces of chicken or lamb, grilled over charcoal and cooked with red wine, fresh onions, capsicum and tomatoes to provide a dish of medium flavour.

Marinated pieces of boneless chicken or lamb, cooked in the tandoor and served in an aromatic sauce.

BUTTER TANDOORI CHICKEN £8.95 or TANDOORI LAMB TIKKA £9.95
Pieces of tandoori chicken or lamb cooked on the bone (served off the bone), accompanied by mild spices and cooked in a rich butter based sauce.

Lamb or chicken pieces cooked over the charcoal, served in a sauce with cream, spices, herbs and almonds.

Dry pieces of chicken or lamb cooked in spices, and served in traditional Kharai.

Marinated pieces of chicken or lamb, grilled in the tandoor, then cooked with onions, capsicum, tomatoes and green chillies (hot).

Mild spices, fresh cream, butter and mango infused to create this dish of delicate flavour.

CHEFS SPECIAL CHICKEN (Stir fried) £8.95
Stir fried. Chicken breast marinated in ginger, garlic and black pepper, then stir fried in an oriental sauce with capsicums and chilli’s, a very oriental dish.

TANDOORI BHUNA MURG £8.95
Tandoori chicken, taken off the bone, cooked with fresh ginger and garlic in a rich butter sauce.

GHURKA CHICKEN TIKKA £8.95 or LAMB TIKKA £9.95
Marinated and grilled chicken, cooked with mild and flavoured spices.

HASH SHIKIRA £9.95
Tender pieces of duck roasted in mild spices, cooked with mushroom. Served in a rich butter based sauce with tomatoes and fresh cream.

MIRCHI CHICKEN CURRY £9.95
Grilled chicken on the bone cooked with a chilli sauce with a touch of lemon and herbs.

Chicken tikka fried with freshly ground spices, cooked in a rich sauce, flavoured with the combination of onion, capsicum and tomato.

Medium spiced creamy dish with fresh garlic cooked in traditional sauce.

Sweet and sour tangy taste. Very famous in the in Indian mountain hill sides.

Tandoori chicken chilli is based sauce quite hot, mouth watering traditional dish.

Spiced lamb cooked with potatoes in cumin seeds and mint flavoured combinations.

DASTARKHAN KING PRAWNS £13.95
King prawns cooked with garlic, black pepper in our seafry massala ingredients.

TRADITIONAL LAMB BONE CURRY £10.95
Well spiced lamb, slowly cooked on the bone in rich sauce with garlic and coriander, served with chapati.
